1.What is the Lead-time?
Normally, the lead-time is depend on your order quantity, please take the below as reference:
A.200~2000pcs: 7 to 12 days
B.2000~5000pcs: 12 to 15 days
C.More than 5000pcs: 17 to 25 days
We will provide an approximate time when you placing an order to us, and please pay attention if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2.Which kind of shipping terms we provide?
We can provide the FOB,CIF,EXW,DDP,DDU.

3.How much of the International Delivery?
International delivery charges are determined by the zone your destination country, territory or region belongs to. Please leave your delivery information to us and our seller will provide the exact delivery cost due to these information.

FAQs

1.Is it available for samples?
Yes, we are willing to provide free samples. Only need to pay the delivery cost, you can test our products’ quality in person before placing an order.

2.Is it available for customization service?
Yes, we can provide OEM and ODM service. We have a professional team who have a lot of experience in designing and manufacturing. Please kindly share your ideas(the logo image, text or how you wish the package to look like), we will help to draw the finished files for your confirmation.

3.How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;

4.How to place an order?
1.Sample approval.
2.Confirm the details of your order: The product size, quantity, color and customization service.
3.Client makes 50% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI.
4.Mass Production
5.Client check the quality of Products through photos,video,or any other way and make the balance payment after confirmation.
6.Arrange shipment
